Our 304 stainless steel interior liner complies with FDA 21 CFR food contact material requirements. This is required for retail distribution in the United States, including Amazon, Target, and Walmart supplier programs.
Material safety for liquid contact surfaces. Does not cover product claims or label text — those require separate FDA review for food/beverage products.
LFGB is the most stringent food contact regulation in Europe. Our bottles pass migration testing for nickel, chromium, and other regulated substances under Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. A full LFGB test report from an accredited German lab is available for orders targeting the EU market.
Migration limits for heavy metals and organic compounds from steel into beverages. Critical for selling in Germany, France, Austria, and Benelux.
SGS is one of the world's largest independent testing and inspection companies. We use SGS for product composition verification (steel grade, heavy metals), performance testing (insulation, leak resistance), and pre-shipment inspection. SGS reports can be provided for any product in our catalog.

Our factory holds a current BSCI audit certificate. BSCI audits verify labor standards, workplace safety, environmental practices, and management systems. This is required by many European retailers (including METRO, Carrefour, and Decathlon) and is increasingly requested by US corporate procurement teams.

EU Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 restricts hazardous substances in products sold in the European market. Our materials comply with REACH requirements, and we maintain a substances of very high concern (SVHC) declaration for all product categories.
For brands with sustainability commitments, we offer FSC-certified packaging (gift boxes, retail sleeves, kraft cartons). FSC certification confirms the paper and cardboard used in packaging comes from responsibly managed forests. Available as an add-on to any private label order.
ISO 14001 certification means our factory operates with a documented environmental management system — covering waste reduction, energy use, and pollution control. More and more brands with ESG commitments are demanding such certifications.
Products sold in California that contain chemicals on the Prop 65 list must carry a warning label unless exposure is below safe harbor levels. Our 304 SS interior construction is tested to confirm it meets Prop 65 requirements without a warning label — important for retail distribution in California.

Incoming material inspection
Steel coils, lids, silicone seals, and packaging materials are tested against spec before entering production. Steel grade is verified by XRF testing on every batch. We reject materials that don't meet the agreed spec — this is logged and documented.
Mid-production check
At 20–30% of production volume, our QC team pulls random samples to verify vacuum integrity, lid torque, surface finish consistency, and logo placement accuracy. Any deviations from spec are corrected before the remainder of the run continues.
Pre-shipment inspection
Before goods are loaded, a final inspection covers: visual defect check, insulation performance test, leak test, and packaging verification. You receive a pre-shipment inspection report before cargo is released.
Certification & Compliance FAQ for Buyers
Can I get copies of your FDA and LFGB test certificates?
Yes. Contact us with the specific product(s) you’re interested in and your target market. We’ll send the relevant FDA compliance documentation, LFGB migration test report, and SGS inspection certificate for that product line.
My buyer is asking for a fresh third-party inspection — can you arrange that?
Yes. We can coordinate pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or a lab of your choice. The inspection is typically scheduled 3–5 days before your cargo is loaded, and the report is issued within 24 hours of the inspection. Cost is typically $150–300 depending on the lab and shipment size, billed to you.
Does your BSCI certification cover wages and working hours?
Yes. BSCI audits cover wages (at or above local legal minimum), maximum working hours, overtime compensation, health and safety conditions, and prohibition of child or forced labor. Our most recent audit score and summary report are available to buyers under a standard NDA.
What is your defect rate, and what happens if I receive defective goods?
Our target defect rate is under 0.5% per shipment. The agreed acceptable quality level (AQL) is specified in your purchase order. If defects in a delivered shipment exceed the agreed AQL, we replace defective units in your next order at no charge, covered by our 90-day no-reason exchange policy.
Are your bottles safe for children's products?
Yes, provided you specify the right materials. Our 304 stainless steel interior is BPA-free and free of phthalates. For children’s products (ASTM F963 in the US, EN 71 in the EU), we can arrange additional testing through an accredited lab. Tell us your product’s target age group and market and we’ll advise on the specific testing required.
