What is Online Service?
Online service is a guide that helps all our customers to know much about our company,products, purchase procedures and shipment,etc. Customers can acquire information they need by communicating with our business manager.Besides that, customers will have a direct look on products that what they like or want without leaving home.To date, we have worked with more than 50 clients through our online services and helped them achieve over $3 million in turnover. As the epidemic persists, we still want to help you in any way we can.
How does it work?
Select product style or item number in the home page and inform us the quantity and requirements of the order (including the printing of logo or pattern, packaging requirements and detailed product colors).
We offer quotations for the products and confirm the final prices with customers.And both parties should sign the contract with specific clauses.Then we make samples and send them to our customers for final confirmation before mass production.
Arrange mass production according to Pre-Production Sample.Send mass production samples for customer’s checking.
Watch the order production process online. Inspection shall be carried out by a third party designated by the customer or by the customers themselves.
Goods will be shipped after getting tested. Customer arrange balance payment by confirming invoice, packing list and B/L copy. When goods arrived at the destination, customers may check the goods again.If the goods are all in good situation,then this order is completed.
