Step 2 – Sample Approval
You can request a stock sample (no customization) free of charge, paying only shipping. For a custom sample with your logo and color, we charge a sample fee which is fully refundable upon placing a bulk order. Production time for a custom sample is 7‑15 days. We provide high‑resolution photos, a video of the sample, and send the physical sample via DHL or FedEx. You review and approve or request changes.

Step 3 – Mass Production

Step 4 – Quality Control and Shipment
