What is Heat Transfer？

Heat transfer printing is a new way to print patterns on a variety of material goods, especially suitable for the production of personalized and customized water bottles, as well as the printing of patterns containing full-color images or photos. The principle is to print the digital pattern on the special paper for transfer through the printing machine with special transfer ink, and then use the special transfer machine to accurately transfer the pattern to the surface of the product at high temperature and high pressure to complete the product printing.

How do determine whether heat transfer printing is suitable for bottles?

There is a simple method to determine whether heat transfer printing is suitable, we only need to use a ruler to paste in the range we want to print, if there is no gap between the ruler and the printing surface, it is the appropriate printing area. It is recommended to accompany the picture and attach the ruler to the bottle.

Color: silkscreen only to choose from 3 colors, but heat transfer can choose 10 colors.  

Price: the price of heat transfer is higher than a silkscreen.
